Non-Refundable Items::
The following items are non-refundable:
Custom Orders: We do not provide refunds for custom orders. Custom orders include any artwork specifically created or modified according to your unique requirements.
Delivered Orders: Once an order has been successfully delivered to you, we do not offer refunds. A delivered order is considered complete when you have received the digital artwork and have access to it.
Delivered Artwork: Once you have received the digital artwork, it is considered used and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
